MEMBERSHIP
TO THE
BYLAWS

MEMBERSHIP Membership is open to
anyone that owns a BMW Motorcycle or is interested in Club
dues will be $20.00 per calendar year payable in January of each year. A late fee of $5.00 will be accessed for
late renewals. All non-voting privileges of the club will be extended to a
dues paying member’s family. (I.e. rides, outings, meetings, or function put
on by the club.) Club
officers will serve a two-year term of office from January 1 to December 31
of the next year, with no limitations on the number of successive terms they
may serve. Candidates for President and Treasurer will be nominated and
elected on even numbered years. Vice
President and Secretary will be nominated and elected odd numbered years.
Nominations for club office will take place during the November meeting.
Candidates will be voted into office at the December meeting. AMENDMENTS AND/OR ADDITIONS TO BY-LAWS Amendments and/or additions to the By-Laws may be offered at any regular scheduled club meeting. They will be discussed and voted upon at the meeting. MEETINGS Meetings
will be held on the second Monday of the month at 7:00 pm. |
